I too have a difficult time with the God/Father/Christ without the Goddess/Mother/Daughters.

Recently I went to a funeral with Mass at a Catholic church. Needless to say, most of the ritual I did not participate in, but I DID stand respectfully, and my mind whenever the patriarchal forms were spoken I simply added my matriarchal forms.

What I do try to do is remember is that the Divine is like a diamond with many facets (‘face’ts). When looking to the Divine simply choose to focus on the reflection that best resonates with you!
